Pretty Lights binge going on here lately. Pretty much.
Cabin bound with the Uncle, that I don’t even know(!), tonight. We are heading out after I get off work and for the life of me I have no idea what kind of conversation I am supposed to carry on with him. My mom says we have a lot in common, considering the forty year age gap, but I guess we’ll see.
Didn’t expect a text from you last night at all. Especially since last time we talked on the phone, that was a forbidden word, and the last time we texted, it felt like I was inconveniencing you. No se, but when do I ever.
My hands are covered in red paint from last nights endeavors, and I realized this morning that I got paint all over a few of my books. Damnnnnnn ittttt. But now I’m covered in white paint from trying to paint the trim around here. It’s like a never ending project.
I feel like I made the best connection on Surrealism and Theism last night, but can’t remember it for the life of me; shoulda gotten out of bed to write it down or something.
Sorry for keeping you up. And sorry to you for not responding. Fail.

"I have to admit, I fucking love my job as a coach. It leaves me feeling exhausted and dying to sit my ass down on the nearest couch when I’m done but, seriously, little is more gratifying that spending hours, days, or even weeks, trying to teach someone how to do a particular skill and then they do it. Totes the biggest wave of “fuckkkk yesss!” for everyone. Today in particular was especially entertaining trying to break the English/Ukrainian speech barrier, in order to explain front handsprings, with dozens of stick figures and excessive hand motions.
